Color Comrades is a simple top-down shooter with multiple levels as well as a few bosses!
Controls:
WASD to move

right-click to shield

Interesting idea!
The enemies were cool (my favourite was the factory one), the boss was very easy since he just shot bigger bullets and nothing more, but it was fun. I couldn't get anywhere from the room with a lot of enemies and a locked door so i ended there.
My finger started to hurt from clicking, maybe you should add automatic shooting when you hold the mouse button?
I never thought of using the shield, maybe the game was too easy but i think it would be interesting if instead of the shield you would have slow motion but i dunno how you would do that.
Anyway cool game keep working :)
Hi, thanks for the feedback, i added the shield as a way to combat the mines that you mightve seen later on, because they added alot of danger to the player. I think i will add the auto shooting later on, when you said you couldnt find the key, i believe i know what room you were in and if so, the key was in the bottom left hand corner of the room, tho because of visibility issues im thinking of changing the size of the keys to make them more noticeable, and ill change the position of that key because it is close to the visuals for the shot types
Restarting crashes it but it was pretty fun <
